About Us

Stephanie Streep-Tuley is the Managing Partner. She grew up in San Antonio and graduated from Texas Tech University in 2007. Stephanie was the Assistant Director of a preschool until 2010.  She decided to follow in her father’s footsteps and switched careers. She is a Certified Residential Appraiser. She has been appraising residential real estate in the San Antonio market area since 2010 and has had 5 trainees throughout the years. She is on the FHA and VA Panel and hosts a room in Clubhouse’s Real Estate AppraisalTalk twice a month.

She and her husband, an Army Veteran, have 2 children and split weekend time between their home and their small ranch. She competed in Olympic Weightlifting and has won 10 national and international medals in the past 2 years. 

Stephanie has been a member of the ATA since 2014, received her designation in 2021 and became a Board Member in 2023. She is passionate about the appraisal community, an active member of NAA, and regularly attends National Conferences as a vocal appraiser advocate. 

Marcella Jimenez, a graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio, brings her diverse background and exceptional organizational skills to the appraisal team. Originally from Arizona, she was drawn to Texas for its warm hospitality and vibrant spirit, making it her permanent home. 

Since joining the industry in 2014, Marcella has honed her ability to navigate diverse client needs and solve problems creatively, ensuring the well-being of those she serves. Her expertise in managing complex tasks and timelines guarantees efficient and organized workflows. Strong communication and relationship-building skills allow her to

foster trust and collaboration with both clients and colleagues, while her adaptability helps her find creative solutions to overcome challenges.

Marcella is a dedicated member of the Association of Texas Appraisers, the National Association of Appraisers, and a recipient of the Pospisil Scholarship. Outside of work, she fuels her passion for continuous learning through online courses and industry conferences. When not meticulously analyzing property details, she seeks balance through exploring the diverse Texas vineyards, cherishing moments with loved ones, and maintaining an active lifestyle with her energetic Vizsla, Milo. These pursuits allow her to unwind, recharge, and bring a fresh perspective to each appraisal project.

 Bill and his wife Jan moved to Texas for Bill to obtain his PhD in  molecular genetics from Rice University.  They had moved from  Tallahassee, Florida, where he received his degree in genetics from  Florida State.  Jan is a die hard Florida Gator.  Deciding that business  was more to his liking, Bill spent his first career in sales and  marketing.  Prior to changing his career to real estate appraising,  Bill was the Vice President of Business Development for IBM’s largest distributor.  Appraising was an opportunity to spend more time at home and to run his own business.  He successfully trained multiple appraisers and won the Outstanding Service Award from the Association of Texas Appraisers in 2020. Bill and his wife Jan are mostly retired,  and they split time between their San Antonio home and living on their  47’ sailboat in Bocas del Toro, Panama. They enjoy sailing,  snorkeling, cruising, traveling, and their 4 grandsons.
